Welcome to “Modern Serenity by the Creek” – a modern cabin in the heart of Hochatown with a creek, playset, and shuffleboard for guests to enjoy! The cabin is only 10 min from the Marina and few minutes from restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Large front driveway can accommodate a small boat for fishing. Please note that creek levels will fluctuate depending on rainfall.

We personally manage this property and love making our guests feel special and taken care of!

We also provide a starter supply of firewood. The outdoor space is a true haven for fun and relaxation.

A short walk down the path from the back deck leads to an inviting outdoor fire pit, surrounded by plenty of chairs for your entire group to gather around and enjoy. We've nestled a daybed swing beneath the tall trees that overlooks a seasonal creek-enjoy a cup of coffee and you may see a deer or two!

Nestled on 1 acre and set back 100 yards off the road, Modern Serenity by the Creek cabin offers privacy, providing the perfect private getaway. The spacious lot makes it convenient for guests with boats or ATVs.

Our cabin is located in a quiet subdivision in the heart of Hochatown.

❤️PET POLICY, IF APPROVED: We charge an extra fee of $50/night per pet. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.

Indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Oct 15)

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-parties policies are being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.

LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book the cabin.
